Alleged Stalker Questioned: 'But What If I Might Be Madeleine?'
A female charged with stalking Kate McCann reportedly recorded her a recorded message which asked: "suppose I am Madeleine?"
The defendant, 24, who court testimony revealed has persistently claimed she was the vanished Madeleine McCann, and Karen Spragg are facing charges charged with pursuing Kate and Gerry McCann from June 2022 and February the current year.
On Monday, the tribunal was told call records and data retrieved from phones logged Ms Wandelt repeatedly asking Madeleine's mother for a genetic test over that period.

"I don't want money, I have a living here in Poland, I simply desire to understand," the recording stated.
The panel was advised that through emails, SMS messages and phone calls, Ms Wandelt demanded a biological test, sent youth pictures to her phone in a attempt to show a likeness to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and asserted to have "memories" from a youth with the McCanns.
The investigator, a data specialist with law enforcement who compiled the information, informed the court there "showed no any answers" from Mrs McCann.
Ms Wandelt additionally reached out to family friends of the McCanns, based on the communication logs.
On that date, the father responded to a call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, declaring she had "a wrong number."
During that incident Ms Wandelt left a message on Mrs McCann's answerphone stating "I will persist and I plan to establish my claim."
The court learned the co-defendant established a association online with Ms Wandelt preceding joining her on a trip to the McCanns' home in that area in that winter.
Call logs revealed Mrs Spragg had contacted using communication app to Mrs McCann to express the news outlets had characterized Ms Wandelt as "mentally unstable" but that she should be taken seriously in the months leading up to the trip to that location, the county, in December 2024.
